A charming large pine cupboard consisting of two inner shelves and base, with 5 metal hooks under the top and two double doors. It's the perfect piece for displaying your most beautiful pieces.
Originally from France, this would have been used to store food. The wire mesh allowed air to flow through the cupboard but prevented any bugs from accessing the food.
The wire mesh is all original. There is a minor tear in the mesh on the top right hand side of the cupboard. The shelves are sturdy and can hold a good amount of weight. A small metal hook keeps the doors in place, and the lock is in full working order with the original key included.
